Does Good Spirit Co. offer individual room bookings?

Our villas are ideal for families and groups, and offer a little extra privacy if you’re a couple.  If we have availability, we will offer room bookings from time to time.

Are children allowed to stay at the villas?

Children are welcome to stay, however, we do not offer childcare services. The outdoor spaces are open and pool areas are not protected with barriers, so it is recommended that you keep a watchful eye on smaller children.

Do you have a maximum number of guests allowed at the villas?

The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the villa is dependent on the size of the rooms and beds available.

At On The Rocks; For the 3-bedroom villa, we allow a maximum of 7 guests; for the 7-bedroom villa, we allow a maximum of 17 guests. (This includes an additional additional mattress or travel cot that could be added to the master suites if necessary).

At Bellini Blue; we allow a maximum of 6-guests.

At Sangria Sun; we allow a maximum of 12 guests. Two of the four rooms have sleeping lofts that have mattresses on the floor and can accommodate both adults and children.

Is there parking on-site and drivers’ quarters?

All of our villas have on-site parking. We do not have sleeping quarters for drivers to stay overnight, however, they are welcome to rest in our staff quarters during the day.
 

Are your villas staffed?

We have a chef who you can discuss your daily meal requirements with, housekeepers to take care of the house daily and attend to your needs, as well as a watchman who is keeps an eye on the perimeter.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

In each room, you will find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap as well as bath towels, hand and face towels.  

Is the sea safe to swim in?

The sea at our doorstep, while inviting is quite rough and we do not recommend swimming in the waters even if you are a strong swimmer. There are several places within a few minutes of our villa where the sea is calmer and safer for swimming or surfing. Our staff will be able to give you a few options based on your interests.

Can we walk to the cafes and beaches?

For our villas near Galle, Bellini Blue and On The Rocks, there are several beachfront cafes and beaches within a short tuktuk ride.

Can transport to the airport be arranged?

We can put you in touch with a reliable taxi driver who can transport you to the airport or to your next destination within Sri Lanka. In the area, the best mode of transport is the tuktuk, and you can easily hail one right outside our villas.

Can day-trips and excursions be arranged?

We do not currently have a concierge service so will not be able to arrange excursions or day-trips on your behalf.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at any of the villas at any time.

 

Can we host events at the villas?
